INNEVOA was established in January 2023 through the conversion of a real estate company whose shareholders are also involved in another structure managed by GEF. It is a Collective Investment Undertaking (OIC) focused on property development, while also maintaining a strong return-driven profile.
Its assets are located within a subdivision at Quinta da Vitória, in the Portela area of Lisbon, consisting of three plots designated for residential use and four for retail. With a view to generating income, the Company has retained ownership of the retail plots, which currently host a KFC restaurant, a Continente supermarket, and a fuel station.
