Imoportugal – Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Fechado

Established in March 2016, the Fund’s purpose is to prioritise the development of land and construction projects for logistics, retail, residential, and services real estate, for subsequent sale or lease.

The Fund’s investment policy is focused on promoting and carrying out subdivision and site development programmes for subsequent construction, on plots located in urban areas.

At present, Imoportugal is undertaking a land subdivision project in the municipality of Palmela, specifically in the town of Pinhal Novo, consisting of more than 150 plots and over 2,000 units (residential, retail, and services).
