Established in November 2006, the Fund is managed on behalf of its unit-holders with the aim of enhancing the value of their holdings and distributable income, while fulfilling its economic, social, and financial objectives.
In general, the Fund is focused on investments in sectors related to the development, purchase, sale, resale, and leasing of real estate intended for shopping centres, retail parks, outlets, factory outlets, office parks, high-street shops, offices, warehouses, industrial and logistics facilities, as well as tourism, sports, and leisure facilities.
At present, its sole investment is a shopping centre located in Torres Novas, known as Torreshopping. .
