CAPC is a century-old company which, in December 2022, was converted into a Closed-Ended Real Estate Investment Company (SIC—Sociedade de Investimento Coletivo). Its portfolio is diversified, with assets located predominantly in northern Portugal.

The Company operates as a return-driven Collective Investment Undertaking (OIC), although it is currently considering the development of a real estate project that remains in the licensing phase. The progress of this process will determine whether the project is pursued or whether alternative options will be evaluated for the asset in question.
