Amoreiras Closed-Ended Real Estate Investment Fund (liquidated in 2024)

The general development policy of this Fund was primarily focused on promoting land subdivision and real estate construction projects for retail, residential, logistics, and services, with subsequent placement on the market.

In particular, the Fund undertook the development of a real estate project on the property previously designated as PM68/Lisbon – Campolide Barracks, located on Rua Artilharia Um, Lisbon.

The project comprises six urban plots with a total area of approximately 41,500 m2 and a projected gross floor area (GFA) of around 130,000 m2 of residential, retail, and services space.
