Lisfundo Closed-Ended Real Estate Investment Fund

Established in March 2006 with the objective of promoting a luxury development on the riverside in Marvila, Lisbon, this Fund’s portfolio includes one of the most distinctive and prestigious residential real estate assets: the Prata Riverside Village development, comprising several plots.

In general, and in line with the project’s business plan, this OIC has succeeded, even while still under construction, in achieving above-average sales of residential units across its plots. This reinforces the attractiveness of the new residential area and has facilitated the commercialisation of the retail units forming part of the development.
